How You See Yourself Ultimately Decides The Kind of Life You Will Live

Until the moment when we finally find our souls, we are always being influenced by the environment we are in from a very young age. Our thoughts and beliefs are pretty much entirely shaped by our family and society.

However, what the world often says and what the world later does are often against each other. One day, when we feel that we are completely abandoned by the world, we will slowly come to a realisation and enlightenment. That is when our inner selves will grow to be stronger, we learn to ignore the naysayers, we form new perspectives on Life and gain alternative strategies on how to traverse this world we live in. It is at this moment that your inner soul is no longer as ignorant as it used to be; all sorts of Joker, big or small, will be born.

From the Big Bang, to the formation of our solar system, to the existence of Mother Earth, to the creation of various lifeforms, to the evolution of Homo Sapiens, to the birth of your very self. Every step of the way, the probability of everything falling into place as it is now is extremely small from a statistical point of view. In other words, your existence consists of many infinitesimal probabilities occurring together in succession, and that means that you should not even exist. According to mathematical physicist Sir Roger Penrose, the odds of an universe being formed as orderly as our galactic neighbourhood is in the order of 1010123. The chances are astoundingly small and it's beyond a figure in which we can imagine.

Unless everything is delicately designed for and your birth is set to be part of some simulation experiment, your characteristics essentially begins with a set of "objectives" as a starting point in what we call aspirations (souls). You do not exist out of nowhere with no reasons, your original predetermined set of intentions or aspirations are already present long before you came into existence. Everything that happens after that, no matter how ridiculous or improbable they may seem, is because you exist.

German physicist Ulf-G Meissner mentioned: "The Universe we live in is characterised by certain parameters that take specific values that appear to be remarkably fine-tuned to make Life, including on Earth, possible."

Nobel Prize winner American Physicist Arno Penzias once said: "Astronomy leads us to a unique event, a universe which was created out of nothing, and delicately balanced to provide exactly the conditions required to support Life. In the absence of an absurdly improbable accident, the observations of modern science seem to suggest an underlying, one might say, supernatural plan."

NASA Astronomist John O'Keefe also pointed out that: "We are, by astronomical standards, a pampered, cosseted, cherished group of creatures... If the Universe has not been made with the most exacting precision we could never have come into existence. It is in my view that these circumstances indicate the universe was created for man to live in."

Even Albert Einstein also believed everything that exists are carefully designed for, and famously expressed in his letter: "I want to know how God created this world. I am not interested in this or that phenomenon, in the spectrum of this or that element. I want to know His thoughts, the rest are details."

Hence, everyone of us did not come into this world by any accident; we are here with a mission. Be it continuing to live out the selfless and great dreams of the great people that come before us or having to go through the many different challenges our lives impose on each of us to prepare ourselves up for something bigger to prepare and improve the inner selves to finally set out on the path to realise our innermost potential. It is because of this innermost potential that was bequeathed upon us at the moment you exist in this world that makes every event meaningful, that everything has been prearranged and is a result of causality in the natural order of things.

Every single choice we choose to take is a result of calculated causal effect. It makes use of past experiences value (Cause) and the present information value (Changes in surrounding conditions) to perform a series of algorithmic calculations and to make logical comparisons with a set of expected desired targets to decide upon the most favourable solution with the highest probability of achieving it, referred to as the Choice (Effect). Therefore, each of our lives is jointly controlled and determined by our "past experiences value" and "expected desired targets" through destiny.

Take for example, our decision on which mode of transportation depends on the destination we wish to go. To get to Japan, there are possibilities of swimming, taking a boat or a plane and the most effective way to reach Japan is often through taking a plane. To get supper, you would usually choose to walk to nearby stalls to get it.

In all forms of Life, only humans have the ability to create and conjure up "fictionalized" desired targets about the future, while other lifeforms' "desired targets" are purely based on survival instincts. This creative use of fictional narratives is a gift and has allowed us to promote the development of civilizations and evolution of the universe, and this talent is defined as our destiny. Hence, all of us can actually tap into our dreams that is befitting of our unique talents and set that as our eternal "desired target". In other words, we can treat ourselves with the same attitude as we would to a person of high regards, and then look at ourselves through the eyes of a highly regarded person: "Someone who can utilise his own creative ability of fictionalization and the internal belief that he is a person of high regards are in himself a person of high importance". It is through adopting such perspective which will help us to realise what we hope to achieve and bring us one step closer to the future we envisaged. Otherwise, we will be restrained by our past experiences and can find no way out to redefine destiny.

"Discover your own purpose-built mission, and then constantly find ways to innovate and reinvent." may be the eternally true principle there is in Life. As for everything else, the degree of certainty can only stay relative to the never-ending changes taking place at every moment, awaiting to be overthrown by new creation or revolution.
